Chief Executive

Charles founded the Bis-Web Group in 2000 after a wide and varied career in the NatWest Group, during which time he led a number of major UK businesses including the fast-growing PrimeLine telephone banking operation in Yorkshire, the NatWest retail branch network in Surrey and NatWest's Car Insurance Operation in Bristol. He has particular experience in developing new technology operations. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Graduate of the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.

Ian Crabb

Business Continuity Specialist

Ian has been working with Bis-Web since 2004 and has provided the intellectual capital and conceptual design for a number of specialist tools for business continuity, policy compliance and governance. He is Managing Director of Aculeate Consulting Limited, a specialist consultancy providing support to a broad range of clients both in the UK and internationally.

With 20 years business continuity management experience, his work focuses on strategic advice and guidance and mentoring, in addition to the more traditional continuity disciplines. His particular focus is on aligning continuity to the organisational culture such that the business has a continuity capability that brings real value.

Kevin joined ClearView in January 2011 after working at SunGard for over 9 years as the Business Continuity Engagement Manager, designing consultancy and software solutions for Global clients. He has over 20 years business continuity and disaster recovery experience in various consultancy roles and has worked extensively in both small businesses and large, international organisations.

Neil Redfern

Head of Development and Infrastructure

Neil graduated with a 1st Class Honours degree in software engineering and has significant experience in the development and implementation of core client systems. In his present role he heads the technical team delivery of client solutions and is responsible for management of the corporate IT infrastructure.

Felicity Hopkins

Head of Operations

Felicity joined the Bis-Web Group in 2007 and has extensive experience in client service delivery, operational and project management for a number of major UK and international organisations.
