Nigel joined the Board in 2002 and was appointed Chairman in December 2006. He is owner and CEO of Balanced Learning Ltd, a specialist international transition consultancy. His experience embraces a wide range of blue-chip international clients across a diverse range of business and government sectors. His particular focus is around the alignment of leadership challenges to the 'softer' behavioural and cultural issues that underpin business success. His earlier career embraced executive line and HR roles in both the public and private sectors notably in transportation and banking in large and multi-national organisations. Over many years, Nigel has built extensive relationships with many leading international business schools. He also acts as a pro bono adviser to several education, community and tourist related charities.
Charles founded ClearView in 2000 after a wide and varied career in the NatWest Group, during which time he led a number of major UK businesses including the fast-growing Private Banking telephone operation in Yorkshire, the NatWest retail branch network in Surrey and NatWest's Car Insurance Operation in Bristol. He has particular experience in developing new technology operations. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Graduate of the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.
Chief Operating Officer
Ian was appointed COO in January 2016, having worked with ClearView since 2007. Ian has provided the intellectual capital and conceptual design for ClearView based on his experience working in business continuity; experience which spans over 25 years. During his career, in addition to providing independent professional services and programme management to global clients, he has held both director and senior management roles within both service provider and client organisations and brings a wealth of knowledge from these opposite viewpoints.
Head of Business Development
Jon joined ClearView in April 2013. He was previously Director of Bid and Implementation Support for Phoenix IT Services, based out of London. Prior to that Senior V-P of Client Services for Office-Shadow Inc., based out of New York, where he led a team delivering client services; consultancy, training and customer service, to an American client base.
In 2009 Jon gained an MSc in Risk, Crisis and Disaster Management from Leicester University. Since gaining a BA (Hons) Degree in Applied Social Science, Jon has worked for several leading training providers; encouraging organisational learning through the training and development of teams and individuals in a range of management subjects.
Head of Technology and Architecture
Neil graduated with a 1st Class Honours degree in software engineering and has significant experience in the development and implementation of client systems. In his present role he is responsible for the architectural design, management and security of our IT infrastructure and for the underlying architectural design of our software solutions.
Head of Operations and Service Delivery
Felicity joined the Bis-Web Group in 2007 and has extensive experience in client service delivery, operational and project management for a number of major UK and international organisations.
Head of Development
Srini is an engineering graduate with over 20 years' experience in designing and developing software solutions, and extensive experience of team management and mentoring. Srini leads our development team and is responsible for the solutions design and build of all our software solutions.
Senior BC Specialist
Glyn joined ClearView in March 2015 from Sungard Availability Services, where he was Head of BC Consulting. Glyn began his career with Lloyds Banking Group in the IT Division with roles in Operations & Networks before joining Risk Management on a four year secondment. Glyn returned IT Recovery Management as a founding member of the internal Business Continuity practice.
Glyn has more than 20 years' experience of BCM consulting & software implementation/support services to customers across a wide range of commercial and public sectors and is a certified Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI).
Lead Implementer and BC Specialist
Claire joined ClearView in May 2014. She has worked as a specialist within the Business Continuity Industry for the last 8 years across various sectors in large international organisations and is experienced in all aspects of Business Continuity Management including BS25999 (now ISO 22301) certification. She is primarily responsible for leading the ClearView implementation function.
Claire is a Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI).
Alistair joined the Bis-Web Group in 2015 having previously held a number of key business support roles and has over 16 years' experience in providing client support and management for organisations in a number of different sectors.
