COVID update


As COVID-19 continues to affect our daily lives, we wanted to update our customers on how we are operating and continuing to provide our usual high standards of service and support.

Like all organizations our principal focus is to look after our people and their families, to play our part in supporting the local communities in which we operate, and, in addition, to recognize the importance of our services in supporting your business through this time of need.

Ensuring Continuity of Operations

Our business is operating as normal with our workforce working remotely, with our offices available should the need arise. 
We have always had flexible working options, robust technology, and committed supply chain partners all of which delivers a capability that allows us to work virtually and still maintain the same level of support and service to our customer community.

Specific Actions We're Taking

We will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves but are not planning a full office return in the near term.
Like many, we continue to adopt a cautious approach to physical meetings with our customers and are focusing on successfully delivering our services virtually.
